The former villa of Rudolf Larish was built in the Scandinavian Neo-Renaissance style from a design by architect Latzel in 1888. After 1929 its interiors were converted according to a design by Leopold Bauer. This building sets a typical example of town villas of textile industry businessmen from the end of the 19th century. At present, the villa is occupied by the Československá obchodní banka (the Czechoslovak Trading Bank).
